$ 75.00 + $ 50.00 cleanup. Refunded if cleaned. + $ 10.00 lockup if needed. Must close at 12 PM.	$ 150.00 + $ 50.00 cleanup deposit. Refunded if found clean at closing. + $ 30.00 non-refundable security deposit. Must close by 12 PM.	Daytime Only Between the hours of 9 AM & 3 PM Monday – Friday. $ 20.00 per hour with three hour minimum. $ 30.00 refundable deposit. $ 10.00 non refundable security deposit.

You must apply at least 60 days in advance of the date you are requesting. Except hourly. The board meets the first Wednesday of the month for approval.

Full payment must accompany application or it will not be accepted.

The facility must be left clean for refund.

Renters are responsible for setting up and taking down tables and chairs.

Nothing will be attached to any painted surface.

No alcohol allowed or use of the kitchen.

Rental capacity per the fire dept. is 125 persons.

In making the application to use these facilities you agree to abide by the understandings stipulated in the above guidelines. As approved by the Temple board 11/4/2009. If you cancel less than 45 days or less before the agreed date you will forfeit your $ 50.00 cleanup deposit at our discretion.
